m.a.t.a.d.a.t.a. is the latest dance / not dance solo moniker by Latvian electroacoustic musician, film and theater composer Toms Auniņš. The music of m.a.t.a.d.a.t.a. "U" was initiated by a sound score for "Neon Spring" -- a feature film by Matīss Kaža. Record is produced mostly with Erica Synths "Techno System".

For Toms Auniņš -- m.a.t.a.d.a.t.a. serves as an instrument to seal the long presence in extreme music into a new, unknown sonic territory. It's a transfer to origins of consciousness, and ultimately, a vessel for change.
